Manager Coding
![]() When you sign up your 11th person, if the compensation software sees that you have 10 or more personally sponsored active distributors, then that new distributor is permanently coded to have you as their Manager. They would also be coded to have the same Director, Executive, and President's Club that you have. In addition to the Fast Start Bonus of $40 ($80 on Leadership Package distributors), you would also receive $20 in Manager Coding Bonus ($40 in Manager Coding Bonus on Leadership Package distributors). As a Manager, when you sign someone up for a $100 package, you receive $40 in Fast Start Bonus and $20 in Manager coding. That's a total of $60. This is very powerful compensation that goes infinitely deep. Everyone you sign up that has your Manager coding on them will pass your Manager code on to everyone they sign up and the people they sign up infinitely deep until they begin their own Manager Coded organization! Everyone they sign up prior to this, will permanently retain your Manager coding. You will receive at least $20 in Manager coding bonuses on all of these people infinitely deep!
Director Coding

They would also be coded to have the same Executive and President's Club that you have. In addition to the Fast Start Bonus of $40 ($80 on Leadership Package distributors), you would also receive $20 in Manager Coding Bonus ($40 in Manager Coding Bonus on Leadership Package distributors) and $10 in Director Coding Bonus ($20 in Director Coding Bonus on Leadership Package distributors). As a Manager and Director, when you sign someone up for a $100 package, you receive $40 in Fast Start Bonus plus $20 in Manager coding plus $10 in Director coding. That's a total of $70.

As a Manager, Director, and Executive, when you sign someone up for a $100 package, you receive $40 in Fast Start Bonus plus $20 in Manager coding plus $10 in Director coding plus $5 in Executive coding. That's a total of $75.
